Louis Leo Holtz is een voormalig American football-speler, coach en analist. Hij was hoofd voetbalcoach aan het College of William & Mary, North Carolina State University, New York Jets, University of Arkansas, University of Minnesota, University of Notre Dame en University of South Carolina, waarmee hij een record-industrie van 249-132-7 samenbracht.
