Daniel Arnold Tidwell is an American dancer best known for his finalist title in the third season of Fox So You Think You Can Dance in 2007. Tidwell began dancing at a young age, initially focusing on jazz before moving to ballet while studying at the Kirov Ballet Academy at the age of fifteen. He has worked in elite agencies, including the American Ballet Theater. He has also performed works by famous choreographers including Debbie Allen, William Forsythe and Mia Michaels. He is the brother of Travis Wall, contestant in the second season final of So You Think You Can Dance. Tidwell is the artistic director of Movmnt Magazine and a solo dancer of the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet Theater in Oslo. Tidwell died on March 6, 2020 from a car accident.
