Wayne Maurice Keown is a retired American professional wrestler manager, ticketer and professional wrestler, better known as the Dutch Mantel ring. Keown made his debut in 1972 as Wayne Cowan. He has become famous in regional and independent tournaments, as well as in the wrestling world championships, under the name "Dirty" Dutch Mantel. Keown also worked with the World Wrestling Federation as his uncle Zebekiah in the mid-1990s, and again in 2010 as Zebekiah Colter. In the late 1990s, 2000s and 2010s, he worked as a writer for the World Wrestling Council, the International Wrestling Association, Non-Stop Wrestling, and Non-Stop Wrestling.
