He resigned from his post in December 2018 and is currently the non-executive chair of the Telecommunications System Advisory Board. Prior to joining VT Systems, he served as Commander-in-Chief of US Army Command. He assumed the post of Commander-in-Chief on May 14, 1999 and retired from 2001. Prior to this posting, he was Deputy Chief of Staff of Logistics, United States Army, Pentagon. He was also the 26th Commander of the United States Army.
