Reik is a Mexican pop rock group from Mexicali, Baja California, formed in 2003 by Jesús Alberto Navarro Rosas, Julio Ramírez Eguía and Gilberto Marín Espinoza. The band's first five albums entered the Latin pop category, but since then the band has moved to a more urban vibe since 2015. Reik has won a Latin Billboard Music Award, and four Los Premios MTV awards. Latinoamérica and a Grammy. . Formed in 2003, the group released their debut album of the same name in 2005 with the singles "Yo Quisiera" and "Qué Vida La Mía". Reik's second studio album, Secuencia, was released on December 12, 2006 with the single "Invierno". On September 30, 2008, Reik released his third studio album Un Día Más, which won the Latin Grammy Award for Best Pop Album by a Duo or Group with Vocals in 2009. The group's subsequent releases, Peligro and Des / Amor, present many more electronic sounds.
