Kate Margaret Scott is a New Zealand medical academic, and as of 2019 is a full professor at the University of Otago, Wellington.

About Kate Scott
Radio and TV host who is known on both media in the Bay Area of San Francisco. In 2011, she was hired as a radio DJ for the AM station KNBR as a morning sports contributor.
In 2005, she graduated from UC-Berkeley, where she was a member of the school's cheer team. She became the first female yell-leader in the school's history during her time there.
She has completed voiceover work for various company commercials, including Bank of the West and Cal Athletics.
She was born in Fresno, California, and she grew up in the neighboring town of Clovis.
She covered the San Francisco Giants during their World Series run in 2014, when Madison Bumgarner was named the MVP of the series.
