Certified personal trainer and creator of the blog and fitness community Love Sweat Fitness. This includes her blog and YouTube channel of the same name where she has posted workouts, hauls, recipes, and more.
After college, she found herself 45 pounds overweight and determined to stop fad diets. She began creating videos after girls in her weekly barre class asked her to share her workouts online.
In 2017, she launched her 8 Week Hot Body Sweat Guide along with her 4 Week Hot Body Meal Plan.
Her husband, Ryan, occasionally appears in photos on her popular Instagram account.
