Keith Chegwin is an English actor and TV presenter, appearing on a number of children's entertainment shows in the 1970s and 1980s including the Multi-Color Swap Store and Chegger Plays Pop. Early in his career, he performed in shows such as Tom Brown's School Days and Captain Pugwash. He also had a singing career, releasing singles on Pye Records and working as a dancer for 194 Radio City in Liverpool. He spent four years on BBC Radio 1 on Tony Blackburn's weekend morning show. In 2000, he appeared on Channel 5's nude game show Naked Jungle, appearing naked except for a hat and then describing it as the "worst step in his career" of his life. Chegwin is known for his impromptu advertising style and says no one has yet written notes for him.
