Mark Wilkerson is an American musician and former singer and guitarist for the rock band Course of Nature, formerly known as COG. Wilkerson co-wrote the song "It's Not Over" which was released as a single and is the opening song for Daughtry's album of the same name. On December 6, 2007, the song earned him and his other co-composers a nomination for Best Rock Song at the 50th annual Grammy Awards. On May 3, 2007, Wilkerson hosted a concert to help with Enterprise High School's relief efforts in Alabama, two months after an EF4 tornado destroyed the school and killed eight students.
