His work has been selected four times to appear in poetry volumes every year. His work has appeared in more than 90 collections in the United States, Europe and Australia. He has also served as a poet at a number of universities and has conducted seminars at colleges across the US. Marcus is also a longtime co-host of KUSP's The Poetry show, America's longest-running poetry radio show.
