Peter Svensson
Anders Peter Svensson is a Swedish record producer, musician and musician. He is the musician and lead guitarist of The Cardigans. He started playing guitar at the age of 8, and as a teenager he continued to play with local bands. After meeting bassist Magnus Sveningsson, they founded The Cardigans in 1992. Peter Svensson is credited as the music and melody writer for most of the band's original songs. In 1998, he released a side / solo project called Paus. All the songs were co-composed with Joakim Berg of the Kent group. The drums were played by Cardigans drummer Bengt Lagerberg. In 1999, the Paus album and Svensson's work on Cardigans' fourth album, Gran Turismo, earned him the Swedish Grammy Award as Musician of the Year. Svensson co-wrote the album Come Along by Swedish singer Titiyo. The single "Come Along" made a huge splash in 2001 and received a Grammy for Song of the Year in Sweden.
