Ann Sothern é uma atriz americana que trabalhou no palco, rádio, cinema e televisão com uma carreira de quase seis décadas. Sothern começou sua carreira no final dos anos 1920 no cinema. Em 1930, ela fez sua estréia na Broadway e rapidamente ascendeu aos papéis principais. Em 1939, a MGM a escolheu como Maisie Ravier, uma garota mesquinha, mas charmosa, do Brooklyn.
