Hedrick Smith is a former reporter of the New York Times, an Emmy Award-winning producer and reporter, who has established himself for more than 50 years as one of America's greatest journalists. After 26 years working with The New York Times from 1962 to 1988 as a reporter, editor and chief of staff in Moscow and Washington, Smith switched to television in 1989, reporting and producing. over 50 hours of documentary series for PBS over the next 25 years. years on the inner historical topics of terrorists that sparked Gorbachev's 9/11 and perestroika attacks on Wall Street, Walmart and The Rebellion of Democracy of Citizen Reform Movements .
