She is a radio host on Heart FM, presenting Heart Shaped Breakfast weekdays from 4 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. and Sunday Breakfast from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. She left Sunday breakfast in June 2019 after the first breakfast of the week was extended from 4am to 6am to 4am to 6:30 am due to schedule change and layout at Breakfast Soul. In December 2019, it was announced that Jenni Falconer would be leaving the series after the new year. She performed her final show on Friday, December 20, 2019. In January 2020, it was announced that Falconer will be the new host of Breakfast and Smooth London Hostel on mid Saturday morning.
