Dyland & Lenny were a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo, consisting of Carlos Castillo Cruz and Julio Manuel González Tavarez. Both had planned to become basketball players before making a career in music. They started their career in 2009. With Sony music, the duo made their debut with the album in 2010. The album was produced by Luny Tunes. and In 2013, the duo released their second studio album called, which contains collaborations with various artists such as J Alvarez, Pitbull, Yomo, Victor Manuelle, among others. Their biggest hits are "Nadie Te Amará Como Yo", "Quiere Pa' Que Te Quieran", "Caliente" and "Pégate Más". In 2009, they were also featured guests on "Rompiendo Cadenas," lead single from Latin Grammy Award winner Ana Bárbara. In 2010, they release a remix to "Quiere Pa' Que Te Quieran" with Ivy Queen. Their second album, "My World 2: The Secret Code" was released on February 12, 2013.
Internationally known singer-songwriter, musician and dancer who's released popular singles like "Fantasías" and "No Quiero Amor." He's also known for collaborations such as "Nena Maldición" with Paulo Londra, "Bellaquita" with Dalex and "Parce" with Justin Quiles and Maluma.
He first made noise as a musical artist with his single "Más No Puedo Amarte" while a member of the duo Dyland & Lenny alongside Carlos Castillo Cruz. They were together from 2008 to 2013.
Before becoming involved in music, he wanted to be a basketball player.
He was born Julio Manuel González Tavarez in Puerto Rico.
