It aired on KBS2 from October 11 to December 14, 2021, every Monday and Tuesday at 21:30 for 20 episodes. It is available for streaming on Netflix in selected regions.

During the Joseon Dynasty, twins are separated at birth. Years later the twin son passes away in a tragic accident and his sister assumes his identity and throne. The series was created for television by Ki Min-soo and Hong Seok-gu.
