Salma Yaqoob is an English political activist and psychotherapist. She has served as leader and vice president of the Party of Respect and has represented the party on the Birmingham City Council. She led the Birmingham Coalition to Prevent the War and was the sponsor of the UK War Stop Coalition. She failed as the Labor Party candidate for mayor of the West Midlands in the 2021 mayoral election, placing third among the three candidates.
