Monica Samille Lewinsky is an American activist, television personality, fashion designer and former White House intern. President Bill Clinton admitted to having a crush on Lewinsky when she worked in the White House between 1995 and 1996. The incident and its aftermath were later known as the Clinton-Lewinsky scandal. Thanks to the public coverage of the political scandal, Lewinsky gained international fame. Later, she entered a variety of businesses including designing a line of handbags bearing her name, working as a diet advertising spokesperson, and working as a TV personality. Lewinsky then decided to move away from the public light to pursue a master's degree in psychology in London. In 2014, she returned to the public as an activist speaking out against cyber bullying.
