Zlatko Šulentić is a Croatian landscape and portrait painter. He belongs to the second generation of modern Croatian painters, and is a follower of the Munich Circle of painters. He also studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich and began developing his own version of Expressionism and Cubism in Croatia, with subtle color harmony. In his later work, Šulentić painted religious motifs, landscapes and cityscapes, but above all he remained a portrait painter. He taught drawing at school and at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb. He has traveled many places and published the book "People, Places, Infinity".
