Erik Jon Celino Spoelstra is an American professional basketball coach who is the head coach of the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. A Filipino from his mother's side, Spoelstra was the first Asian American head coach in the history of the four major North American sports leagues and was the first U.S. head coach to win a title.
