Nnemkadi Chinwe Victoria "Nneka" Ogwumike is a Nigerian-American basketball player with Los Angeles Sparks of the Women's National Basketball Association, which was placed at No. 1 in the 2012 WNBA Draft. Shortly after it got started, Ogwumike signed an approval agreement with Nike. She is the older sister of Chiney Ogwumike, who also plays for Sparks. Ogwumike was named the MVP WNBA for the 2016 WNBA season; as well as winning that year's WNBA final in 2016. She also plays for Dynamo Kursk of Russia.
