Harold Hitz Burton è un politico e avvocato americano. Era il 45esimo sindaco di Cleveland, Ohio, un senatore degli Stati Uniti dell'Ohio e un giudice associato della Corte Suprema degli Stati Uniti. Nato a Boston, Burton ha esercitato la professione forense a Cleveland dopo essersi laureato alla Harvard Law School.
