Enrico II, noto anche come Henry Curtmantle, Henry FitzEmpress o Henry Plantagenet, fu re d'Inghilterra dal 1154 fino alla sua morte nel 1189. Fu il primo re della Casa Plantageneto. Re Luigi VII di Francia lo nominò Duca di Normandia nel 1150. Henri divenne conte d'Angiò e del Maine dopo la morte di suo padre, il conte Geoffroy V, nel 1151.
