Randall Eugene "Randy" Bewley è un chitarrista dei Pylon di Athens, Georgia. Nato a Bradenton, Florida, USA. Ha vissuto a Sarasota, Florida, Washington, DC e vicino ad Atlanta, Georgia durante la sua infanzia. Bewley ha frequentato la scuola d'arte dell'Università della Georgia, dove ha incontrato Michael Lachowski, un altro studente d'arte. Diventano coinquilini e decidono di formare un gruppo.
