Diana Charlton Muldaur is een Amerikaanse televisie- en filmactrice. Muldaur's televisierollen zijn onder andere Rosalind Shays in L.A. Law en Dr. Katherine Pulaski in het tweede seizoen van Star Trek: The Next Generation. Ze verscheen ook in twee afleveringen van Star Trek: The Original Series aan het eind van de jaren zestig en speelde twee verschillende rollen.
