Diana Muldaur
Diana Charlton Muldaur is an American television and film actress. Muldaur's television roles include Rosalind Shays on L.A. Law and Dr. Katherine Pulaski in the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She also appeared in two episodes of Star Trek: The Original Series in the late 1960s, playing two different roles. She has been nominated twice for an Emmy Award: twice as a supporting actress on L.A. Law in 1990 and 1991. She has also been twice nominated for the Quality TV Viewer Q Award for L.A. Law. Born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts, Muldaur began playing in high school and went on to college, graduating from Sweet Briar College in Virginia in 1960. She studied theater. with Stella Adler and made a name for itself in the New York arena. At one point, she was a board member of the Screen Actors Association and was the first woman president of the Television Arts and Sciences Academy.
