Matthew Thomas Skiba is een Amerikaanse muzikant, zanger en songwriter, bekend als de co-zanger en gitarist van de band Blink-182, en richtte ook de zanger en leadgitarist van Alkaline Trio op. Skiba begon in maart 2015 op te treden met Blink-182 als vervanging na het tweede vertrek van de oprichtende gitarist en zanger Tom DeLonge en voegde zich vervolgens definitief bij de band in december. 7 van hetzelfde jaar.
