Robert Layne Siebenberg, also known as Bob C. Benberg, is an American musician best known as a member of the British progressive rock band Supertramp, playing drums and percussion. He's the only American in the Supertramp line. Her son, Jesse, joined Supertramp when he released the live album It Was the Best of Times. In 1985, Siebenberg released a solo album titled Giants in Our Own Room, where he solo sang half of the songs, while simultaneously playing keyboards and drums. Famous Thin Lizzy Scott Gorham, Mr. Mister's Steve Farris, drummer Procol Harum B. J. Wilson, bassist Oingo Boingo Kerry Hatch and teammate Supertramp John Helliwell joined Siebenberg on this record. An old friend, Derek Beauchemin, joined him in writing and playing the keyboard. Before joining Supertramp, Siebenberg was a member of the rock group Bees Make Honey as well as RHS, an American group. He was in a band called "Heads Up" that released the album The Long Shot in 1989.
