Craig Michael Conroy is a former professional American hockey player and currently the assistant general manager of the Calgary Flames National Hockey Federation. Montreal Canadaiens' sixth round selection in the 1990 Draft NHL, Conroy played 1,009 NHL games for Canadianiens, St. Louis Blues, Calgary Flames and Los Angeles Kings in a professional career spanning from 1994 to 2011. Internationally, he played twice. with the US National Team - at the 2004 World Cup Hockey and the 2006 Winter Olympics Developed as a defensive specialist for much of his career, Conroy has twice reached the Frank J Finals . The Selke Trophy is the best defensive forward in the NHL and is nominated for the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy as the most polished player. He has played over 1,000 games in the NHL and is the second oldest player in League history to reach this milestone.
