Eric Theodore Erlandson is an American musician, guitarist and writer, best known as the founding member, musician and lead guitarist of the replacement rock band Hole from 1989 to 2002. He also had several supporting music projects, including Rodney & the Tube Tops, he trained with Thurston Moore of Sonic Youth and RRIICCEE with Vincent Gallo. While studying creative writing, Erlandson published a book called Letters to Kurt in 2012, which covers free verse and the stream of consciousness.
