Cherish is an American R&B, soul and hip-hop duo made up of twins Felisha and Fallon King. Initially the group consisted of sisters Farrah and Neosha King, but the two left the group. Hailing from Maywood, Illinois, the four sisters moved to Atlanta, Georgia to begin their music careers. Their parents are both musicians, with their father having joined the group Professional of Sounds, which regularly toured the South West with classics such as The Emotions and Earth, Wind & Fire. The group is contracted to Capitol Records and Sho'nuff Records. They reached the charts with the hit song "Do It to It". The group first gained popularity in 2003, when they were featured in Da Brat's single "In Love wit Chu". They quickly followed suit with their first official single, "Miss P.", which had small success on the Hot R & B / Hip-Hop Songs charts in the United States. After the single failed, their original debut album was canceled.
