Frank Frederick Borman II is a retired U.S. Air Force colonel, aeronautical engineer, test pilot, businessman, breeder, and NASA astronaut. He was the commander of Apollo 8, the first mission to fly around the moon, and with teammates Jim Lovell and Bill Anders, he became the first of 24 to do so, thanks to him. Assembly.
