Jeffrey Doyle Sellers is a former starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox from 1985 through 1988. He batted and threw right-handed. In a four-season career, Sellers posted a 13–22 record with 226 strikeouts and a 4.97 ERA in 329⅔ innings pitched, including seven complete games and two shutouts. In his later years he played in the minor league systems of the Cincinnati Reds, New York Yankees, Texas Rangers and Colorado Rockies before retiring for good after the 1994 season.
