About Karoline Eichhorn
Actress who has won awards for her work in several films, including The Sandman (1995), Gegen Ende der Nacht (1998) and A Map of the Heart (2002). She is also known by many for her role as Charlotte Doppler on the German Netflix series Dark.
She attended the Folkwang theater school in Essen, Germany in the late 80s. She began performing in plays in Berlin shortly thereafter.
Her performance in Dark earned her a Golden Camera Award nomination for Best Actress.
She married author Arne Nielsen, with whom she has a daughter named Jule.
She co-starred with Ulrich Thomsen in the crime thriller The Silence (2010).
