About Kathleen Jamie
Critically acclaimed poet who has garnered numerous awards including several T.S. Eliot Prizes, a Creative Scotland Award, and the Forward Poetry Prize.
Her first works were published in Black Spiders and earned her the Eric Gregory Award.
In 2009, she was inducted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
She is the eldest sibling of three and born in Renfrewshire.
She is an acclaimed poet just as Emily Dickinson was.
