Lindsey Caroline Vonn is a former US World Cup alpine skier on the US Ski Team. She won four overall World Cup titles - one of two skiers to do so, alongside Annemarie Moser-Pröll - with three in a row in 2008, 2009 and 2010, plus another title in 2012 Vonn won a gold medal in skiing. at the 2010 Winter Olympics, for the first time for an American woman. She also won a record eight World Cup season titles in the downhill discipline, five super-G titles and three consecutive trophies in total. In 2016, she won her 20th Crystal Ball Efficiency World Cup, an overall record for men or women, surpassing Sweden's Ingemar Stenmark, who won 19 balls between 1975 and 1984. She has the second highest super rank of any snowboarder, male or female. Vonn is one of six women to have won World Cup races in all five mountain skiing courses - downhill, super G, giant slalom, slalom and super combo - and has won 82. Race the World Cup throughout his career until February. 3, 2018 .
