Linus William Roache is an English actor. He is known for playing ADA CEO Michael Cutter in the NBC dramas Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Most recently, Roache played Ecgberht, King of Wessex in Vikings from 2014 to 2017. He was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for the role of Robert F. Kennedy in RFK and won the Satellite Award for Best Supporting Actor for the role of Ralph Wigram in The Threatening Storm. His movies appearances include Priest, The Wings of the Dove, Pandaemonium, Batman Begins, Non-Stop, and Mandy. In the two years 2018 and 2020, he had a recurring role in the previous two seasons of the Homeland.
