Mark Sean O'Hare is an American animator who created the Citizen Dog comic book series. O'Hare is best known for his work on animated TV shows as a writer and performing artist for Rocko's Modern Life, SpongeBob SquarePants, Dexter's Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, Hey Arnold !, The Angry Beavers, The Mighty B ! and Chowder. He also did the sequence work on The Ren and Stimpy Show. Throughout the series, O'Hare is Creative Director and Production Supervisor of Camp Lazlo. He is currently a scriptwriter at Illumination Entertainment. Although accepted into the Aviation Engineering program at Purdue University, O'Hare changed his focus after his second year to study graphic design, then was admitted to the character animation program at the Institute of the Arts. California. When he was a student at Purdue University, he drew a strip called the Art Gallery for the student newspaper, The Exponent. The comics run from autumn 1987 to spring 1990.
