She has also served as executive producer, writer and creator of the comedy - drama Bravo Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce and the drama series Lifetime UnREAL. She is the executive producer and executive producer of the medical television series CBS Code Black. Noxon also wrote the sci-fi action film I Am Number Four, the horror thriller Fright Night and the biographical drama The Glass Castle. She wrote and directed the TV series To the Bone. Noxon created the black comedy series AMC Dietland and HBO's limited series Sharp Objects, both of which premiered in 2018
