Viola Beach is an English indie rock band, formed in Warrington, Cheshire, in 2013. The band's final lineup included Kris Leonard, River Reeves, Tomas Lowe and Jack Dakin. All four people, along with their manager Craig Tarry, died when their car fell off a bridge in Södertälje, Sweden on February 13, 2016. Within a week of the crash, single " Their Boys That Sing "entered the UK Singles Chart. at No. 80 and their previous single "Swings & Waterslides" came in at No. 11, following a public campaign to boost sales. During the same week, “Swings & Waterslides” also took third place on the sales-only chart and “Boys That Sing” came in at # 27 on the same chart. On July 29, 2016, an album of the same name was released. It reached number one on the UK Album Chart on August 5, 2016.
