Sara Ann Amato is an American professional wrestler coach and retired professional wrestler known as Sara Del Rey. She was a mainstay of Chikara and Shimmer, but also appeared in many other independent promotions in the United States, including Ring of Honor, IWA Mid-South and All Pro Wrestling, as well as Lucha Libre Femenil of Mexico. Del Rey also recorded several matches, performed under masks and used the Nic Grimes name, to promote MTV Wrestling Society X. Del Rey was the first Shimmer Champion and co-holder of a Shimmer Championship. the first double champion of the promotion. In 2012, she became the fourth woman to be on the Pro Wrestling Illustrated list of the world's top 500 wrestlers. She is currently recruited by WWE as an Assistant Head Coach and Producer of their Development Territory at NXT, based at the WWE Performance Center.
