Sara Moulton is an American chef, cookbook author and TV personality. In an article in the New York Times, Kim Severson described Moulton as "one of the nation's oldest recipe authors and culinary teachers ... and principal of television magazines and cooking." She was the broadcast editor of Good Morning America, an ABC morning chat and news program, from 1997 to 2012. She was Gourmet's dining room chef for 20 years, a period that ended only when the magazine stopped publishing in 2009. Between 1996 and 2005, she hosted Cooking Live, Cooking Live Primetime and Sara's Secrets on Food Web, becoming one of the original stars of this cable and satellite channel in its first decade. Overall, Moulton's career in television and cooking spanned almost 40 years.
