At the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia, Norendal finished fourth in the skateboard-style semi-final with a score of 78.75. In the women's briefs final, she scored 49.50 to finish eleventh. In January 2015, she won for the second time in women's skating at the X Winter Olympics in Aspen, Colorado. On July 27, 2018, Norendal got engaged to hockey player Alexander Bonsaksen.
