Since then, he has worked in many British restaurants, including Rhodes in the Square and Michelin-starred Adlards. Together with his wife Beth Cullen-Kerridge, he opened The Hand & Flowers pub in 2005 and within a year won his first Michelin star. On the 2012 list, it earned its second Michelin star, the first time a pub has. Then Tom opened a second pub in Marlow, The Coach, which also won a Michelin star. Most recently, Tom opened The Butcher's Tap and opened his first London restaurant in 2018 at the Corinthia Hotel London.
