Adolfo Bresciano is an Italian-Canadian professional wrestler and promoter, better known by his stage name Dino Bravo. After training with Gino Brito, he began his career in Montreal in the 1970s, working for Lutte Internationale. He has become one of the biggest stars of professional wrestling in Canada; has won several major trophies including the Sixth Canadian International Heavyweight Championship, the NWA Canadian Heavyweight Championship and the NWA Mid-Atlantic Team Championship. He then signed with the World Wide Wrestling Federation, where as a partner of Dominic DeNucci he won the WWWF World Tag Team Championship. He is also the only one to hold WWF Canada championship before the title was stripped in 1986. After leaving professional wrestling, Bravo engaged in organized crime, working for the Cotroni crime family. . He was shot dead at his home in March 1993, and his death remains unclear.
