Kenneth Allen McDuff is an American serial killer. He was convicted in 1966 for the murder of 16-year-old Edna Sullivan, her boyfriend, Robert Brand, 17, and Brand's cousin Mark Dunnam, 15, from California. These are all strangers that McDuff kidnapped after recognizing Sullivan. McDuff raped her several times before breaking her neck with the handle of a broom. McDuff was sentenced to three death sentences reduced to life imprisonment following a 1972 United States Supreme Court ruling in Furman v. He was pardoned in 1989 and took over the murder. He was executed in 1998 and is believed to have caused numerous other murders.
