Ray Colcord III is an American film and television composer best known for such television series as 227, The Facts of Life, Silver Spoons, My Two Dads, Dinosaurs, Big Brother and Boy Meets World. He is a past governor of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, past president of the Association of Composers and Lyricists, has served on the Board of Directors of the Film Conservation Association, and is a member of the National Film Conservation Board. He has received ASCAP, BMI and Dram Lessons awards.
