Astrology Birth Chart of Richard III

Richard III was King of England and Lord of Ireland from 1483 until his death in 1485. He was the last king of the House of York and the last of the Plantagenet dynasty. His defeat and death in the Battle of Bosworth Field, the last decisive battle of the War of the Roses, marked the end of the Middle Ages in England. He is the main character in Richard III, one of William Shakespeare's historical plays. Richard was appointed Duke of Gloucester in 1461 after his brother ascended to the throne as King Edward IV. In 1472 he married Anne Neville, daughter of Richard Neville, 16th Earl of Warwick. He ruled northern England during Edward's reign and was instrumental in the invasion of Scotland in 1482. When Edward IV died in April 1483, Richard was appointed Lord of the Kingdom for his eldest son and Edward's successor, Edward V. 12 years was scheduled for the coronation of Edward V. on June 22, 1483

King of England from 1483 to 1485 who had to deal with two rebellions during his reign. He died in battle during the second rebellion and he is the subject of the play Richard III by William Shakespeare. His remains had been lost for over five centuries before being discovered during an archaeological dig in 2012.
