Gabriel Contino, better known as Gabriel o Pensador is a Brazilian rapper, writer and composer best known for his intellectual lyrics about activism and issues of race and politics, Social and Catholic Church issues. Gabriel started his music career by releasing a demo containing the song "Tô Feliz" I'm Happy and signing with Sony Music. Since then, he has released eight albums: It's Still Only the Beginning, Puzzle, Buttocks to Declare, Gabriel the Thinker, Be Yourself, Live MTV, Cavaleiro Andante and Sem Crisis. Gabriel also wrote three books: "Diário Noturno", "Um Garoto Chavo Rorbeto" and "Meu Pequeno Rubro-Negro". "Um Garoto Chamado Rorbeto" won the "Prêmio Jabuti" award, for best children's literature.
