Glen Edwin Wesley is a former Canada-United States ice hockey defender. Wesley played 13 seasons for the National Hockey League's Hartford Whalers / Carolina Hurricanes. He started his career with Boston Bruins and briefly played for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Wesley has four times reached the Stanley Cup Finals, winning one in 2006. He is Hurricanes' director of defense development and announced his departure on June 12, 2018. Since August 28 in 2018, he is currently working as a development coach for Blues de Saint-Louis.
